Quail Ranch is a private avocado and citrus ranch located in Ventura County, just outside Los Angeles in the city of Simi Valley. The orchards and a newly planted vineyard thrive on the hillsides alongside colorful citrus, towering pines, and majestic oaks. The Estate home, known as the Ranch House, was built in 1933. Its Spanish Revival architecture adds historic charm and beauty to the property. A hidden gem on the hill, Quail Ranch provides an intimate, elegant setting for ceremonies and receptions. Quail Ranch offers a spacious, light-filled Bridal Suite that is beautifully furnished, and a private groom's/partner's room featuring dark wood paneling, a pool table, and leather chairs. The immaculate grounds create a private, intimate, and elegant outdoor space for entertaining. The perfect day begins with the perfect venue. Where do we even begin? We truly can’t thank Joanne, Michael, Samantha, and the entire team at Quail Ranch enough for giving us the most incredible wedding day. From the start, we knew the venue was beautiful—that’s why we chose it—but the experience went far beyond what we imagined. The owners of Quail Ranch, the in-house planning team, and the rest of the staff involved at QR made our whole wedding planning process feel so easy and stress-free. Even in the days leading up to the wedding, we felt calm and taken care of. Everything was handled with such care, professionalism, and warmth that we were able to focus entirely on each other and the joy of the moment. The venue itself was absolutely breathtaking. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how gorgeous Quail Ranch is—many said it was the most beautiful wedding they’d ever attended. Every detail was thoughtful and intentional, and it showed. Our guests felt welcomed and cared for, which was incredibly important to us. The grounds were immaculate, the coordination was flawless, and the entire day felt like a dream. If you’re considering this venue—run, don’t walk. It was the best decision we made in planning our wedding, and Quail Ranch (and its amazing team) will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
