    Baby Shower

    Breathtakingly Beautiful! We just held a baby shower at Primrose Manor, and it was hands down the most beautiful thing ever. If you want an event that feels incredibly elegant and fancy, this is the only place to go.The owner truly went above and beyond with the decor and setup, making sure every single corner of the room looked flawless. But what completely blew us away was her thoughtfulness—she actually had a custom LED neon sign made for the baby as a personal gift and a custom welcome sign at the door ! The generosity and kindness here are unmatched. I cannot recommend this venue enough!

    Grand Opening Velebration

    Absolute Perfection!I had the absolute pleasure of attending the grand opening celebration for Primrose Manor, and I am still completely blown away. The venue is absolutely stunning—the attention to detail, the elegant lighting, and the overall atmosphere are pure luxury. Frankly, it is the only formal venue around these parts, and I have never seen anything like it.Beyond how breathtaking the space is, the owners are incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming. They have poured their hearts into creating a world-class event space, and it truly shows. If you are looking to host an unforgettable event, this is the absolute standard.

Yes! clients will be required to provide a day of event policy for any incidentals, damages, or accidents. The venue has partnered with the event helpers and will provide a unique link for clients to purchase low cost coverage this usually runs under $200
Primrose Manor is located one hour west of Nashville BNA airport. From the airport you will hit I 40 W. to exit 172 and we are roughly 20 minutes off the exit
Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 180 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges. any event canceled prior to 180 days will receive a refund of all money’s paid with the exception of nonrefundable retainer fees
Your reservation includes use of venue from 9:00am to 10:00 pm with a one hour after party cleanup time . Any additional time will be billed at $75 per 15 minute increments
Yes, clients may provide beer, wine, champagne. And are allowed a bride and groom signature drink from an approved list. Client will provide all alcohol but I required to purchase bartending services from the venue which include licensed Bartender, Bartender insurance coverage, breakdown and set up of the bar, and ice.
Yes, we have on-site parking directly in front of the venue as well as overflow parking free of charge
right now our venue does not increase or reduce our rental rates for any certain season. However if you book within 60 days of a date we may offer special discounts
