What these rates get you: thirteen (13) hours of exclusive use of our top-floor event space, including: - Complimentary tables and chairs - Eight (8) hours for set up - Four (5) hours for your reception - One (1) hour for break down/clean up Please note that these rates do not include drink packages, catering, linens, or dinnerware rentals. Ceremony and cocktail hour options are also available upon request.
