Our historic mansion with grand banquet rooms, elegant bridal suite, and groomsmen’s dressing room is available. Private bar for after parties. Our Private Event Coordinator will plan your event.

Magnolia Terrace

Magnolia Terrace is the jewel of Maple Lawn and is ideal space for any outdoor occasion. The garden is surrounded by full blooming Magnolia trees from May through July, with beautiful greenery year-round. String lights illuminate the perimeter of the garden and above the brick aisle. There are two gorgeous, multi-tiered fountains gracefully cradled by plush grass and an elegant archway at the end of the brick aisle. The canopy covered patio is where the party happens! This area is suitable for a DJ and live band while indulging in refreshments from our full service outdoor bar. There is a prep kitchen conveniently located on the terrace with a full size commercial kitchen available inside the mansion.

    I have worked at Maple Lawn over the past 7 years photographing weddings there and every time I get to work at the property I am so happy to work with Sue the coordinator. She is a joyous person to be around and exactly who you would want coordinating your wedding. She is on time, personable and knows how to run a wedding. The property has a lot of space for the bridesmaids and groomsmen to get ready and many unique features such as the 19th century mansion and the ceremony site area surrounded by large beautiful magnolia trees. The guests love being able to explore the grounds and the couples adore the beautiful, unique flavor of the venue. I would highly recommend Maple Lawn to any prospective couples.
