Facility access for full day rental is 8:00 AM to 12:00 midnight. All events must end no later than 10:30 PM to ensure User has adequate time to vacate premises before midnight. Failure to vacate premises and return keys to staff by midnight may result in forfeiture of deposit.
You can rent the facility at a discounted rate the day prior if the facility is not in use/been rented by another group.
The client is responsible for leaving the space as they found it (i.e. disposing of all garbage into the dumpster, mopping up any spills, taking all decor, food and rentals off property). Additional clean-up and breakdown services depend on the type of package purchased. Optional clean-up services can also be added to any package.
Yes, depending on the package you select. We have a selection of round, 6′ and 8′ banquet tables and 550 chairs. We will reach out to confirm the final table and chair needs 2 weeks prior to your event.
