    The Hyatt Place Niagara Falls was the perfect venue for our engagement. From the moment we first reached out, the staff was efficient, friendly and provided us with all the details we needed to plan our special day. The 6th floor rooftop patio venue itself is absolutely beautiful, with a picturesque backdrop of the Falls with the Canadian skyline and a very private, intimate setting. The Director of Sales went above and beyond to ensure our planning went smoothly - she shared vendor contact information with us since we were not local and helped coordinate the delivery of our cake and flowers. The entire team at Hyatt Place Niagara Falls worked hard to make our wedding day exactly as we envisioned, and we are so grateful for their exceptional service and attention to detail.
