Our indoor heated and cooled space. Perfect for any kind of party with great views of trees, the sunset and outdoor venue space.

This space features full windows, double French doors that open up to a patio and outdoor venue space. This can seat about 120 guests and hold about 150 standing space.

Equipped with a giant bell and bells along the aisle, Las Campanas is our outdoor space, with access to Tope Hall (our indoor space) for your event.

This space 4000 SF of concrete with covered roof and a large stage perfect for entertainment. Equipped with dimmable outdoor overhead lighting and string lights this space is perfect for your outdoor event. Can seat 150-180 people with more space for standing area.

    Hill Country Wedding

    Hawkins Hope Ranch was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the moment we first reached out, they treated us like family and made the entire planning process a breeze. The venue itself is incredible - beautiful scenery provided the most picturesque backdrop for our special day. The value of their wedding packages was also great, allowing us to have the wedding of our dreams without breaking the bank. Our guests are still raving about how much fun they had at our wedding, which is a true testament to the hard work and attention to detail of the Hawkins Hope team. We couldn't have asked for a better venue to celebrate our marriage.

    The Most Charming Ranch Wedding

    Hawkins Hope Ranch was an absolute dream venue for our wedding! From the moment we first spoke with the team, their communication style was fun, charming and smart - they clearly knew how to make the planning process seamless and enjoyable. The venue itself was simply beautiful, with flexible spaces that allowed us to create the intimate, dreamy atmosphere we were going for. The sunset views made for the most incredible photos, and our guests loved having plenty of room to mix and mingle. All of my bridesmaids and guests had such a wonderful time in the perfect space. Hawkins Hope Ranch truly helped make our special day absolutely perfect in every way.

Yes! Tours are offered at no charge. You can schedule a walkthrough of venues like Tope Hall, Las Campanas and our on site accommodations!
While details may vary, a typical rental includes access to your selected spaces—such as Tope Hall, Las Campanas biergarten, Cielo Vista, The Library, ponds, trails, pools, and the Shot Shack. Overnight accommodations (Ranch House, Treehouse, Cottage) are available as add-ons
Packages include customizable venue space rental. We only offer event spaces with the option of our onsite overnight accommodations. You are welcome to rent our venue space, an hourly rental of the Shot Shack and our overnight accommodations are The Cottage and The Treehouse.
We are happy to make recommendations for event professionals but we do not offer event planning or coordination at this time.
Yes—there’s high-speed internet on-site for those who need it, and general cell service throughout the property
Absolutely! The ranch’s history as a family refuge and its range of activities—like walking trails, ponds, shooting clays, pools, movie nights under the stars—make it a welcoming destination for families. However, the pools have no lifeguards and we strongly advise extreme caution with small children around the pool and outdoor areas.
Bookings require a 25% deposit of the estimated total. Tours are free. If the date you request isn’t available, that deposit is fully refunded. For cancellations, the deposit is refundable only if you choose a different date; if it's a cancellation due to unavailability, it's returned. Full specifics are handled in the booking agreement.
The indoor venue can host 120 seated. The outdoor space can seat up to 150. The second outdoor space can seat about 200.
Yes! We have one indoor ceremony option and two outdoor ceremony locations.
Brides are welcome to rent The Cottage or The Treehouse as an add-on for a dressing room or getting ready space.
Absolutely! All vendors must be approved by Hawkins Hope Ranch and sign our Vendor Agreement which outlines property guidelines and insurance requirements.
We do not have a preferred vendor list but we are happy to recommend various event vendors!
No, tables, chairs and linens are not included and must be provided by customers. Rolling bars and a valet stand are available upon request.
Yes! We have a large stage with lighting and plenty of ground space for a dance floor.
Rental of venue space is available for rehearsal dinner the night before or brunch space after for an additional fee.
If your event is under 120 people you are welcome to use the indoor venue space. Tent rentals are permitted as an additional contingency plan.
Sparklers Allowed with restrictions — we may allow sparklers outdoors if: They are handheld sparklers only You use them in a designated area away from dry grass, structures, or trees A bucket of water or fire extinguisher is nearby With approval from the local fire marshal and we reserve the right to ban sparklers entirely during burn bans or drought
Allowed, but regulated: Alcohol must be provided by the customer or a licensed bartender We require a licensed and insured bartender to serve alcohol (even if it’s BYOB) Security (like off-duty officers) may be required when alcohol is served Shots are discouraged We require event insurance with host liquor liability coverage.
We have 2 houses available for rent. The Treehouse is a 1 bed 1 bath house with one king bed. The Cottage is a 2 bed 2 bath house with a pull out couch bed.
