About this venue

The tasting room, wedding barn and farm will be open to the public (groups large and small) for tastings, farm/vineyard tours, weddings and events. Join us on our grass terrace overlooking the gorgeous Texas Hill Country year round, or by our open fire pit on chillier days. Located in the Texas Hill Country between Fredericksburg and Alamo Springs’ Old Tunnel State Park (“The Bat Cave”), Grapetown Vineyards was established in 2020. The winery is a working family farm, surrounded by pastures, exotic animals, meadows and wildflowers overlooking the Fredericksburg Polo Club. We showcase fresh cheese made in our goat dairy on site plus award winning wines from the Texas Hill Country and beyond. Consider joining us for one of our lively Saturday festivals (full schedule)!
