Founder's Hall

The Great Hall can accommodate up to 300 guests, with seating available for 235. Featuring a fully equipped catering kitchen, a large screened porch with a wood-burning fireplace, and a beautifully landscaped courtyard with tent stakes, the hall is well-suited for a variety of events. Audiovisual equipment includes three 52-inch HDTV screens, a sound system, and wireless microphones. The hall boasts 15 stainless-steel chandeliers, acoustic panels, and a retractable kitchen wall. Furniture includes 19 60-inch round tables, 18 6-foot conference/banquet tables, 235 white chairs, and 2 podiums.

The screened patio, measuring 24 feet by 74 feet, offers a spacious area with a 168-inch wood-burning fireplace. A 10-foot by 74-foot deck with steps leads to a concrete pad and a beautifully landscaped courtyard. The patio is equipped with tent rigging points to accommodate two tent sizes: 40 feet by 55 feet or 40 feet by 70 feet. The property also features a grand lawn measuring 42 feet by 129 feet and a smaller lawn measuring 39 feet by 78 feet. A 7-foot-wide sidewalk provides ample clearance behind the building.
