Our barn-style ballroom blends rustic charm with refined details—soaring wood-beamed ceilings, dimmable chandeliers, and a built-in bar create a warm, elegant atmosphere. It includes round guest tables, wooden head tables, and seating for up to 200 guests. French doors open to a firepit patio, with sweeping views of blueberry fields and the waterfront—perfect for dancing, dining, and celebrating under the glow of Maine skies.

Nestled along the water’s edge, our ceremony deck offers a serene, breathtaking backdrop for your vows. Surrounded by blueberry fields and pine trees with sweeping views of Kennebec Bay, the space features a built-in arbor, wooden benches for 80 guests, and additional seating as needed. Guests are transported by golf cart, making the experience seamless and scenic. It’s a one-of-a-kind setting where nature and love come together beautifully.
