Where do I begin?! Easiest 5 stars I’ve ever given. This inn is a dream vacation getaway spot. The inside is incredibly charming and the entire property has so much character. Our room was very clean and cozy. The views from our deck of the water with the Acadia mountains in the background are unbeatable. The owners Matthew and Hailey are the kindest and warmest people. You can tell they really care about making your stay special. And the breakfast was perfect! I have a gluten allergy and they made me a delicious gluten free version of the meal that day. I really appreciated how accommodating and thoughtful they were. And you can’t beat the location. You’re close to both MDI and the Schoodic Peninsula, but you get to stay outside the park and away from the crowds. It was so nice to come back to a quiet spot after spending the day exploring. They even have a private beach where you can take a dip! It was more than just a stay, it was an experience that we won’t forget. We will definitely be back. Do not hesitate - book a stay here!

WOW! Acadia Bay Inn is fantastic. From the views of the water and mountains, private beach access, delicious breakfast - this is by far my favorite spot to vacation in the Acadia area! Matthew and Hailey are warm and thoughtful inn keepers- they gave us terrific hiking/ swimming recommendations and Matthew made the most delightful breakfast. Really couldn’t recommend this spot more!

We just got back from spending 2 nights at the Acadia Bay Inn. It's such a lovely home. Reminds you of old New England with how it's decorated. You hear lovely instrumental music upon entering. There are snacks always available with wine/alcohol for purchase. The room was amazing. We stayed in the Juniper room & loved it. Very large room with sitting area, huge call and modern bathroom. The best part was the view from our bedroom balcony of Frenchman Bay and Acadia. Having breakfast outside overlooking the water was amazing. My husband loved Nicole's Lemon Blueberry Ricotta pancakes (so much so I made them this morning for him for breakfast). Her taco pie one morning was just as great. It is a 45 minute drive or so to Bar Harbor, so keep that in mind if booking. Was fine for us though as we wanted to be out of the hustle & bustle of Bar Harbor.

We spent two nights at the Acadia Bay Inn and I wish we’d booked an entire week. The views are amazing. The owners and staff are exceptional. Definitely my favorite bed and breakfast ever. You’re so close to everything the state park has to offer. If I’m ever in Maine again I’ll definitely stay here.
