The EAST Hotel has a beautiful event space with stunning sunset views, but the overall customer experience was quite disappointing. Their communication was disorganized, with multiple companies involved that were unresponsive. We were overcharged by around 3,000 and they ghosted us after the wedding. It's clear they don't do many weddings, as there was no plan for honoring the guaranteed valet prices in our contract. Our guests were informed mid-wedding that they needed vouchers for the valet, which the third-party valet company did not communicate with the event team about. The venue itself is lovely, but the poor organization and lack of customer service make it hard to recommend for a wedding.

Beautiful Venue, Bad Customer Experience

The EAST Hotel was the perfect venue for our wedding day. From the very beginning, the staff was amazing and on top of everything, ensuring our special day went off without a hitch. The space was great and the views were absolutely gorgeous. The team was friendly and flexible, accommodating all of our requests and making us feel right at home. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue - the EAST Hotel truly is the best with excellent views that made our day even more memorable.
