Polished concrete floors, natural exposed wood walls, and two original sliding barn door stalls turned into a modern bar & bar lobby contribute to the southern character of the space. Chandeliers add the touch of elegance required for a sophisticated rustic wedding. Windows line the space to let in all the natural light.     Miller Wedding 02-24-24 - highly recommend DFF!!!

    DragonFly Farms was the first and only venue we toured. We can't thank the staff at DFF enough and will always HIGHLY recommend them for events. We had our wedding ceremony and reception here. They did so much to make the entire day perfect. The service, attention to detail and professionalism was top notch. Carrigan and the ladies are so great to work with. They all listened to what I was looking for and delivered beyond my expectations. We saved so much money and worry on decor, as they have so many items available for use. They also have a vendor list that helps so much!!!!The venue is constantly updating and adding value to the property and decor. We went home saying everything was perfect and got SO many compliments. Thank you, thank you, thank you DFF!!!!

    A dream come true

    The venue was gorgeous, very easy to work with and very calm which is amazing in a very stressful period. The set up of the venue was beautiful and exactly how me and my husband wanted! Extremely easy going and helpful.

We are located at 750 Osmosis Dr. SW Palm Bay, FL 32908. We are approximately 35 minutes southwest of Melbourne Beach, north of Vero Beach and south of Cocoa.
Yes! Tours are available by appointment; please text or call (321)549-3074 and we will be happy to set up a tour time for you to visit.
Depending on the day/package selected, events can take place from as early as sunrise and end as late as 10:00 PM on Friday and Saturday, and 8:00 PM on Sunday through Thursday. Saturday rentals are 12 hours and all other days are 10 hours.
No. We only host one event at a time to ensure your event and guests get all the attention you deserve.
Yes. At least a $1,000,000.00 (one million) liability insurance policy for property damage and $5,000.00 medical coverage is required. If you are serving alcohol, a $1,000,000.00 host liquor liability rider is required as well. Insurance is easily obtained online and we will be happy to provide you with information on providers for liability and wedding insurance. The typical cost of this insurance is approximately $200.00 - $250.00.
Yes. A facilities team is provided for the day of your event (This is not the same as a day of wedding coordinator). The facilities team will be able to help answer questions for you and your guests and make sure all your facility needs are met. A day-of coordinator is included with all wedding packages.
We host weddings, receptions, showers, vow renewals, elopement packages, birthdays, retirements, corporate events, and more! Please call if you have questions.
A non-refundable 1st payment of $1,000.00 is required to save the date for events that are Sunday-Friday. A non-refundable 1st payment of $2,000.00 is required to save the date for Saturday events. At the time of payment, a contract will be executed detailing your event and the costs associated with your event. A $750.00 security deposit is required for all events that are on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. A $500.00 security deposit is required for all events that are Monday-Thursday. The security deposit is 100% refundable if no damages occur.
Yes. We have two lovely appointed "get ready" suites. These climate-controlled suites allow you a comfortable place to prepare for your nuptials/party.
Yes. After your initial payment, the balance can be divided into two equal payments and must be paid in full 45 days prior to your event.
The following are included with your venue rental: on-site facilities team, covered ceremony pavilion and benches, cocktail tables with linens, round tables and farm tables, white linen tablecloths, white bistro chairs, card/gift area, buffet area, and preparation area for caterer. Clients are also able to use our in-house decor, signs, and whiskey barrels. Beautiful lighting inside and outside. Cake/dessert and bar area are also included. Two "get ready suites" are available for the couple and their wedding party and have mini-fridges and comfortable seating. A 30-day out/day of Wedding Coordinator is also included.
Yes, Dragonfly Farms is fully accessible and designed to accommodate guests of all abilities comfortably.
Dragonfly Farms works with a list of trusted preferred vendors, but you may also bring your own with prior approval from our team.
We are excited to have your event but understand that things happen and you may need to cancel. Please keep in mind, this is where wedding cancellation insurance could be a big help in recovering funds if you have to cancel. Be sure to check into this type of insurance coverage. In the event of a cancellation by the client, any money paid up to the date of cancellation is non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please send notice in writing to Info@DragonflyFarmsFL.com as soon as you know you need to cancel your event.
