The Enchanting Barn wedding venue, located in Osteen, Florida, is more than just a stunning cattle farm; it’s a place where our community comes together through the magic of our 4H program and the romance of barn weddings. We are so proud of our 4H program. In partnership with a local private school, we warmly welcome their students ages 8-18 to explore and learn. The Enchanting Barn is a place for nurturing a love for animals and agriculture in a supportive environment. Our enchanting, air-conditioned wedding barn offers an intimate and private setting on 11.5 serene acres in the countryside. Here, tucked away for complete privacy, you have endless options to transform your dream wedding into reality.

    We could not have asked for a better wedding venue or a better experience overall. From the very beginning, Cyndi was amazing. She was responsive, kind, and genuinely cared about making our day perfect. The day-of coordinator she provided was absolutely incredible. Her guidance and direction throughout the entire day made everything run so smoothly and flawlessly. We never had to worry about timing, transitions, or logistics because everything was handled so seamlessly. It allowed us to truly be present and enjoy every moment. The DJ included with the venue was also amazing. He kept the energy exactly where it needed to be, read the room perfectly, and helped make the reception so much fun. Everything flowed effortlessly from start to finish. The entire team made our wedding day feel stress-free and effortless, which is priceless. We are beyond grateful for the professionalism, organization, and care that went into making our day everything we hoped for and more. We highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a flawless, unforgettable wedding experience.

    I cannot say enough good things about Cyndi and her team at The Enchanting Barn. From the minute we booked she made us feel like family, responded with any questions, and always reassured. Despite the weather on our day she kept our timeline going, stayed flexible moving decorations and guest all over the place to make sure we had the most perfect day. She was on top of us and all of our needs all night. The bartender made great drinks, fast and easy. They made my vision come to life without me even having to stress or move a muscle. I felt calm because I trusted all of them. I highly, highly recommend this venue. It is beautiful!!

    It lives up to its name The Enchanting Barn!

    After viewing at least 8 other barns, The Enchanting Barn was the last venue to tour on our list and I’m glad we saved the best for last. There are not enough great things I can say about The Enchanting Barn and the owner Cyndi! We are an LGBT couple and Cyndi and her staff and vendors made us feel very comfortable and making our wedding LGBT friendly. Everything I imagined my wedding could be, it was that and more! I did get the all inclusive which made my life easier in the planning process and Cyndi was great about getting all the vendors booked, she is definitely a pro at Weddings. What they say about your Wedding day going by in a blink of an eye is correct, but what I can say is on that day we felt so happy and everything was magical and it will be a day we will never forget. We picked the perfect venue in choosing The Enchanting Barn!

Reserve your date with a retainer: $2,500 for all-inclusive, $1,200 for standard, or $800 for elopements. Final payment due 30 days prior. Flexible plans available for all-inclusive. Payments accepted via client portal, card, check, cash, PayPal, Zelle, Apple Pay, CashApp, or Venmo.
The best way to find out if your date is available is to fill out our contact form on our website. Provide your preferred date within the form, as well as your 2nd and 3rd choice of date in case your preferred date is unavailable. An event date is only secured on our calendar with a paid retainer and signed contract. Date reservations are on a first come first serve basis. The Enchanting Barn only hosts one wedding per day to ensure that each couple’s event is special and receives our full attention.

We kindly request that all tours be by appointment only. Tours are available every day around our events. You can schedule a tour on our website or text 407.832.9358. Out of state? No problem, you can book a virtual tour with us as well.
Our venue’s capacity is 150 people.
The Enchanting Barn is booked daily. You must schedule all deliveries during your designated rental period.
The Enchanting Barn has compiled a fully vetted list of preferred vendors for you to choose from. We prefer that you choose from our preferred vendors list as we have already done the legwork for you to ensure the service and food quality, and prices based on our couple’s needs. However, we are open to outside vendors with the exception of bartenders. The Enchanting Barn includes a bartender in your rental package to cover the liability of licensing and insurance under our venue. This approach ensures a safe and compliant event for everyone.
Yes! We understand that keeping your event organized and stress-free is crucial to a successful and fun day! Each of our collections includes a day of coordinator and wedding planner.
Yes, you can use candles as long as the flame is completely contained in a candle holder. For safety reasons, tapered candles and any type of hanging candles are not allowed.
