About this venue

We'd love to be a part of your special day! We have 2 beautiful venue options from which to choose. We have our newly renovated indoor Avenue Ballroom that can accommodate up to 125 people seated (roughly 200 reception-style). Also newly renovated, overlooking campus and the Square, we have our beautiful Alumni View Rooftop (open air) that can accommodate up to 125 people seated (roughly 200 people reception-style).

    Beautiful Venue

    From our first conversation, the team at Courtyard Marriott Oxford was quick to answer our questions and explain everything we needed to know about the space. They kept us in the loop throughout the planning process and made sure we understood all the details. On our wedding day, the venue was even better than we expected—it had plenty of room for our guests to move around and enjoy themselves, and the atmosphere felt calm and welcoming. The staff made sure everything ran smoothly without making a fuss, which let us focus on celebrating with our loved ones. We were impressed by how well the space accommodated our needs and how comfortable everyone felt. We'd definitely recommend Courtyard Marriott Oxford to any couple looking for a reliable venue with genuine care for their big day.

    Amazing Reception Space

    I had my wedding reception at the Courtyard by Marriott in their ballroom and it was beautiful! They transformed the room into something that looked like it came straight out of a fairytale, and the chandelier lights were the perfect extra touch. The staff were attentive and super helpful with setting up and breakdown as well. If you’re looking for a place to host your reception or any event, I would recommend them. They have even been renovated since then, so it looks even better now.

    The Best Venue

    This location is wonderful for small intimate weddings, and receptions! The staff here is so kind and helpful. They made our dreams come true! We want to book with this hotel again for more events.
