All food and beverage must be provided through Cape Fear Vineyard & Winery. Outside catering and alcohol are not permitted per our venue policy
We offer both customizable and all-inclusive packages that can include catering, bar service, florals, DJ, wedding cake, staffing, coordination and more. A full list of inclusions is provided in your proposal.
Once you receive your customized proposal, your requested date will be held for 2 weeks. To officially confirm, a non-refundable deposit of $2500 must be received on or before the hold expires.
Yes. All weddings must carry event liability insurance. Our team can recommend providers if needed.
Yes, you may use outside vendors, except for catering and bar. All outside vendors must provide proof of insurance and meet our professional standards.
Yes! We offer 25 on-site cottages that can accommodate up to 84 guests. Cottages can be placed on hold for your wedding at no additional cost. Unreserved cottages will be released to the public 30 days before your event.
Venue access is available from 10:00am to 11:00pm. All events must conclude by midnight. Last call for bar service is 1 hour before the event ends.
