The ballroom invites you and your guests to celebrate in the elegance of grand windows and dazzling chandeliers. This expansive space includes a performance stage, perfect for a live band or DJ. The loft offers an intimate space for cocktail parties featuring brick walls and sweeping views of the Mississippi. The cellar is a cozy and warm space with a darker color palette for couples seeking a dramatic backdrop. Each event space can be rented separately or combined to accommodate a large wedding.

All downtown parking is free, public parking. There are 2 large parking lots on the side, as well as street parking around the building. We have had events as large as 350 people and have not had any issues.
Glitter and confetti are not permitted. Only battery-operated candles may be used. We also ask that if you choose to hang decorations, you use hanging options that will not damage the walls.
You must use Top of the Marq for any alcohol services. One of our approved caterers must provide any food, with the exception of desserts. No outside food or beverage is permitted.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main entrance, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, an elevator, and trained staff.
All rentals are full-day rentals. You will have access as early as needed until 12:30am. You will discuss a timeline with our venue manager to ensure a staff member is onsite to let you in.
No, our venue does not require extra insurance coverage.
