Access to Property: 7am-11pm the day of the event and one hour rehearsal the day prior. Access for a one hour bridal or engagement photo session. Vendors can stay on site until midnight the day of event.

Description

Access to Property: Friday at 7 am through Sunday at 3pm. Set up of tables and chairs. Overnight accommodations included for two nights for over 25 guests. Have your rehearsal dinner on site. Access to the venue for a one hour engagement or bridal photo shoot.

    From our first conversation, the Hummingbird Estate team responded quickly and listened to every request through the entire planning process. They were accessible whenever we had questions and truly understood what we wanted for our event. On the day of, their attention to detail was clear—everything was in place exactly as we'd discussed, and the space looked pristine. They truly take pride in their property and their work. We felt confident in our choice to host at Hummingbird Estate and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a beautiful venue.
