Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible
Yes! We offer ample on-site parking for both self-driving guests and shuttles. Golf carts are also available to assist elderly guests and to transport couples around the property for photos.
For all weddings taking place in Fall 2027 and beyond, any wine served during the event must be purchased through Beard Mountain Vineyards in accordance with our ABC licensing requirements. Couples who wish to provide their own beer, cider, or spirits may do so with a valid one-day Virginia ABC banquet license. All alcoholic beverages must be served by a licensed and insured bartender; self-service bars are not permitted. Alternatively, couples may work with a caterer or beverage service provider that holds its own ABC license and can supply and manage alcohol service for the event.

Our venue rental includes 14 hours of exclusive access, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, giving you plenty of time for getting ready, your vendor set up, your ceremony, cocktail hour reception, and cleanup.
Beard Mountain Vineyards is conveniently located about 16 miles (approximately 25–30 minutes) from Charlottesville–Albemarle Airport. We recommend arranging a rental cars or a pre-planned shuttle service for transportation to and from the venue.
Your rental includes 14 hours of exclusive access (8 AM–10 PM), outdoor ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception spaces, our greenhouse-inspired reception tent, private getting-ready suites, tables and chairs for up to 150 guests, luxury restroom trailers, on-site parking with attendants, a venue representative, golf cart transportation for guest assistance and sunset photos, select décor items, and access to 170 scenic acres with breathtaking Blue Ridge Mountain views and vineyards for unforgettable portraits.
