About this venue
Historic Venue that celebrated 100 years in 2024. Beautifully renovated in 2018. Built in wood bar with refrigeration, keg service, ice well, and bar sink. Onsite staff to assist with guest assistance and keeping venue clean. Bartender, DJ/Photo booth, Linens are included with Wedding Venue Pricing. Seats 250 guests. Both Round and Rectangle banquet tables are available. Day before event can be rented for an additional charge for decorating, etc.

Beautiful wood floors, built in bar, round and rectangle banquet tables, upscale black foldable chairs, linens, temperature controlled, projector usage, beautiful ambiance lighting. Onsite staff throughout the event. 40+ parking spots onsite and 150+ parking spots within one block.

This space can be setup with 4 round tables seating 8 each or with rectangular tables - Kings Tables style. It can also be setup with high top tables for a cocktail hour. Another option would be for a small ceremony of 40 guests or less.
