1102 East offers the perfect backdrop for any gathering or special occasion. The newly expanded front garden entrance adds over 2,500 additional square feet of event space. The thoughtfully designed landscape is open and spacious allowing for all types of creative visions to come to life. Exquisite planted vessels, lush green vine covered walls, and eclectic yet modern elements lend an inspired touch.

This classic 1930s homestead has been restored to accommodate private dinners, art exhibits, bridal party preparation, pop-ups and other creative events. Hardwood floors and crisp white walls allow for versatility in decor themes and different uses of the space. While a charming bathroom area exists onsite, additional restroom rentals are required for events exceeding 40 guests.
