    Fantastic Wedding Coordination

    We had a great experience working with VMO Events for our day-of coordination. Leading up to the wedding, Vieira handled every detail with precision and kept us in the loop from start to finish.     Thoughts from a Wedding Videographer

    Vieira and her team were amazing to work with. I was the videographer for a previous wedding where Viera was the planner and her communication was incredible. She sent the timeline and all details when I needed them and was super helpful to my team and I on the wedding day. VMO Events does all corporate events, birthday celebrations, anniversaries, and proposals.
VMO Events will be only be working on one wedding per day.
Yes, I do have a team! I have a dedicated team of 5 experienced planners who work closely with me throughout the entire planning process. We take a very collaborative approach, and each of them plays an important role in making sure no detail is missed. That said, I’m very hands-on and personally involved every step of the way. On the day of your event, I’ll be there to ensure everything runs smoothly so you can relax and fully enjoy your celebration.
You can expect to have one dedicated planning meeting with me each month leading up to your event. As we get closer—especially in the final three months—we’ll increase the frequency of our meetings to make sure every detail is confirmed and nothing is overlooked. I’m also available for check-ins or questions in between meetings as needed. And of course, on the day of your event, I’ll be there from start to finish to ensure everything runs smoothly and seamlessly.
I’ve been in the events industry for over 5 years, and through my company, VMO Events, I’ve had the pleasure of planning a wide range of weddings—from luxurious black-tie affairs to breathtaking destination celebrations and beautifully rich cultural traditions.
