Planning: Ideal if you want help with everything—venues, vendors, invitations, timelines, and keeping life from turning into wedding chaos. Coordination: Perfect if you’ve done most of the planning yourself and want someone to make sure your day goes off without a hitch. I take all your hard work and turn it into a seamless celebration, minus the panic.

Can packages be customized?

Every wedding is unique, but my packages are carefully designed with every step in mind. Skipping any part is like leaving out an ingredient in cookies—it’s still technically a cookie, but not as delicious as it could be. I do offer additional packages as add-ons if there is something you need outside of what’s included in my standard packages. Think of it as extra cookie toppings to make your wedding perfectly yours. During a consultation, we’ll figure out which combination works best.

Each wedding is customized, but every package includes expert guidance, vendor coordination, detailed timelines, and full-day management. For destination weddings, I also handle travel logistics, group communication, and coordination with the resort’s wedding team. I promise it’s more fun than reading terms and conditions.

How much communication will we have?

Each package includes unlimited email communication and multiple calls and check-ins throughout the planning process. I’m happy to help guide you, answer questions, and problem-solve, but I won’t be available outside office hours except for true emergencies (like the cake falling over right before the ceremony!)

Do you plan both local and destination weddings?

Yes! I plan weddings throughout Nashville and Middle Tennessee, destination weddings across the Caribbean and Mexico, and elopements. Basically, if you’re getting married somewhere, I can help you plan it, and make sure it’s as stress-free as possible so you can actually enjoy the champagne.

Do you travel to the wedding destination?

Absolutely! I can be onsite for your destination wedding if you want me there. This is available as an additional package, and I’d love to handle coordination so you can relax, soak it all in, and not worry about where Aunt Linda is hiding the veil.

Yes! I’m a Certified Travel Advisor, Verified Travel Advisor, and Certified Honeymoon Specialist. I can help plan your honeymoon seamlessly alongside your wedding so both experiences are unforgettable, and yes, we’ll make it Instagram-worthy.

I work with couples who want their wedding thoughtfully designed and flawlessly executed. Local weddings generally start at $30K, and destination weddings at $12K, but don’t worry, I’ll always give a realistic picture so your dream day can actually happen (without cutting corners).

Your loved ones are amazing, but on your wedding day, they should be celebrating, not running around stressed. I handle all the details so you, your friends, and family can actually enjoy the party, and maybe even dance a little.

Yes! Venue coordinators work for the venue, while I work exclusively for you. I make sure your personal touches are executed perfectly, oversee vendors, and handle every moving piece so you can enjoy the day without wondering if someone remembered the cake topper.

Dates fill up fast, and I only take on 1 wedding per month to ensure my couples get my full attention. Popular dates can book over a year in advance, so inquire as soon as possible to secure your spot.
