How much wedding planning experience do you have?

Weddings have been my world for more than 13 years, and I’ve been lucky enough to be part of hundreds of them. I specialize in Las Vegas elopements, micro weddings and celebrations that genuinely feel like the couple from intimate chapels and scenic outdoor ceremonies to casino, resort and reception weddings. After this many wedding days, I know how to spot the little details, stay calm when plans change and keep everything moving so my couples can relax, be present and actually enjoy their day.

Are you part of a team? Who will we be working with?

I’m the owner and lead planner, so you’ll work directly with me throughout the planning process. I also have a trusted team behind me who assist on wedding days and make sure we always have the support and backup needed. I’m extremely selective about who I work with if someone doesn’t meet my standards or share the same level of care for my couples, they’re not part of my team. You can feel confident knowing everyone involved in your wedding has been personally chosen and fully trusted by me.

How much time should we expect to spend with you?

That depends on the planning package you choose and how much support you need. Full Planning includes ongoing communication and up to five planning meetings or venue walk-throughs. Partial Planning includes monthly check-ins beginning 4 - 6 months before the wedding, while Day-of Coordination begins 4 - 6 weeks beforehand. No matter the package, I stay connected, keep you informed and make sure you never feel like you’re figuring everything out alone.

Can you help us plan our Las Vegas wedding if we don’t live locally?

Absolutely! Many of my couples live in another state or country, so planning from a distance is completely normal for me. I’ll guide you through the Las Vegas options, recommend trusted local vendors, organize the logistics and keep everything moving through virtual meetings and regular communication. You don’t need to know Las Vegas or make multiple trips here...that’s exactly why you have me on the ground.

What exactly does a wedding planner help with?

A wedding planner keeps the big picture and all the tiny details connected. Depending on your package, I can help with budgeting, venues, vendor selection, design, contracts, timelines, floor plans, rehearsals and wedding-day logistics. I also keep everyone informed, anticipate potential problems and make sure you’re not spending your engagement trying to manage a hundred moving pieces alone.

Which planning package is right for us?

Accepted Answer

Full Planning is best if you want support from the very beginning, including your budget, venue, vendors, design and wedding-day management. Partial Planning is ideal if you’ve already booked your venue and some key vendors but need help pulling everything together. Day-of Coordination is for couples who have completed the planning and need someone to take over the final details and execute the day. I also offer specialized planning for Las Vegas elopements and micro weddings.

Do you help with the ceremony, reception or both?

Accepted Answer

Both! I can help with your ceremony, reception or the entire wedding-day experience. Some couples need support organizing a simple ceremony, while others want help connecting the ceremony, transportation, photography, reception and all the little moments in between. We’ll build the level of support around your plans so the entire day feels connected and flows naturally.

How do you communicate with couples during planning?

Communication is a huge part of the planning process. We’ll connect through email, video calls, scheduled planning meetings and text messages when appropriate. I use email for important details and documents, video calls for bigger planning conversations and text for quick questions or time-sensitive updates. You’ll always know what we’re working on, what comes next and what I need from you.

Will you attend our rehearsal?

Yes! Rehearsal coordination is included in my Full Planning, Partial Planning and Day-of Coordination packages when a rehearsal is scheduled. I’ll guide everyone through the ceremony order, entrances, positioning and important cues so the wedding party feels comfortable and knows exactly what to expect before the wedding day.

What happens if something goes wrong on the wedding day?

That’s exactly why I’m there. Weddings have a lot of moving pieces, and sometimes something unexpected happens. My job is to stay calm, find the best solution, communicate with the right people and handle as much as possible behind the scenes. With more than 13 years in the wedding industry and a trusted team supporting me, I’m prepared to adjust quickly while you stay focused on enjoying your day.

What is required to reserve our wedding date?

To officially reserve your wedding date, you’ll need to sign the planning agreement and submit the 25% non-refundable booking fee. The booking fee is applied toward your selected package. Once both are received, your date is officially secured and we can begin planning!

Question 12

What happens after we officially book?

Accepted Answer

Once your agreement is signed and your booking fee is received, we’ll schedule a welcome meeting, in person or virtually, to talk through your wedding, priorities and vision. I’ll explain the planning process, establish our timeline and organize the next steps based on your package. From there, we’ll begin turning all those ideas into an actual wedding plan, one clear step at a time.
