The Smokesman is the best BBQ food truck in all Henderson. We love weddings. When I was married 20 years ago, I too had it catered by a great BBQ place! We want to cater your big day! You deserve the best food for you and all your guests. We aim to please! We have nothing to hide, so the sauce is always on the side!
Our food is all homemade by yours truly. The meat sits on the Big Bertha smoker for hours and hours until the meat melts in your mouth. Our homemade Carolina Mustard sauce and Smoked Wicked Baked Beans are the cream of the crop!
