At Boxed Butcher, we believe that sharing good food should be an experience. Whether you book our food truck or allow us to cater your next event, our modern twist of charcuterie delights are stacked into perfectly curated boxes that appeal to every pallet! We hand-select and intentionally place the freshest ingredients, which vary based on seasonal availability, making every effort to support other local small businesses. Each box, table, board and platter contains "stacks" of artisanal cheeses, cured meats, seasonal and dried fruits, fresh vegetables, crunches, and spread.

Our food truck is available for private and corporate events, wedding festivities, holiday parties and even gender reveals. We can also accommodate special requests for your soiree, such as personalized monograms and even dietary options; vegan, vegetarian, nut-free, and keto-friendly boxes.

    Michelle, the owner of BoxButcher, was incredible from start to finish! She was so accommodating, worked with our budget, and truly helped us bring our vision to life for our micro wedding — even with over 100 guests! She created a beautiful dessert bar and charcuterie cups, each featuring our personalized logo, which was such a special touch. She also handled our champagne toast, which saved us from having to purchase a full bar package at the venue — a huge win! Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. Michelle even made vegetarian cups and kid-friendly options for our guests, which everyone loved. On top of that, she offered flexible payment plans and made the entire process stress-free. Michelle can truly accommodate any venue, any event, big or small. I can’t recommend her enough — she was simply fantastic in every way!
