The Mobile Hospitality Company
Our mobile bar experience is designed to be fully customizable, allowing you to build exactly the mobile bar service you need. You can select just a Bartender Only, or have us curate the entire bar and beverage service. Build Your Own Bar™ by selecting only the add-ons and services you need from our à la carte menu. Every booking includes unlimited phone consultations with customized supply and alcohol shopping checklists, along with our detailed bar setup guide. Our goal is to make sure your bar service is correctly set, perfectly stocked, and expertly managed for your big day—helping you stay on budget and more present at your own event.
If you’d prefer a more hands-off experience, we can plan and coordinate the entire bar and beverage service for you. This includes curating specialty cocktails, selecting beverage offerings, doing the supply shopping, and handling bar décor and setup. We can supply all necessary consumables and disposables for service except the alcohol. However, we do offer alcohol pickup and delivery for an additional fee. Start with our core bartending service, then select from a variety of add-on offerings. Whether you’re keeping it simple or going all out, you have the flexibility to choose only the services and enhancements that matter most to you.

Bartender Only
Price$300
A licensed and insured bartender with essential mixology tools only. Our most basic service. Add what you need from here if necessary! Our bartender only service starts at $60/hr with a $300 minimum spend. We require one bartender per 75 people required and a barback for guest counts 150+.

The Best Bartender !
Taylor is an amazing bartender and a true professional who made our bridal party so special. I really liked how she maintained constant communication in the weeks leading to our event to ensure the day was a success – which it absolutely was! She even messaged me the day of the event to ask if there was anything she could pick up for us! She arrived early to ensure the bar was set up before guests arrived and the display was beautiful, clean, and organized. She was very thoughtful with the small details and made everyone feel taken care of – she was so good at remembering everyone’s name and what they were drinking! All of the mixers she brought were made fresh with natural ingredients, which was such a nice surprise, and even made the espresso martinis with real espresso. The drinks were fantastic, the spicy margarita and the lavender vodka lemonade were huge hits. The service was outstanding and our guests were asking for her contact info. If you’re hosting a private event or bridal party, you need to book with Taylor and her company.

Bridal Party
We hired Taylor to bartend our wedding, and her team absolutely exceeded expectations. Everything was handled with professionalism and great attention to detail; we were all very impressed. The bar setup was clean, stylish, and fit the event perfectly. We opted for the entire bar experience because with all the planning we already had to do, we did not also want to worry about the whole bar set up or be involved with that planning at all. I honestly do not know how she planned that aspect so perfectly – there was only a very small amount of product left over at the end of the night, so she clearly knows her stuff. We also went a little crazy and enjoyed specialty cocktails, a welcome drink, a champagne toast, and smoked cocktails! She arrived very early at our venue to ensure everything was set up and ready to go for service time. During service, the bartenders were very well-organized, and moved effortlessly through a high-volume crowd and made each guest feel taken care of. Drinks were consistently great, service was smooth, and the entire bar operation ran without a hitch. Exactly what I needed for my big day. Highly recommend and would book again without hesitation.
