Hi, I’m Carmela—founder of The Mixer. I spent 11 years in the industry building experience both behind and in front of the bar. Along the way, I bartended everything from large-scale festivals and concerts to catered private events, which taught me how to create a bar experience that feels seamless, elevated, and fun. The inspiration for The Mixer came during a trip to Italy, where life feels a little slower and people prioritize connection—an Aperol spritz before dinner, wine through the night, and plenty of laughter in between. I loved watching the everyday celebration of life, and I wanted to bring that feeling to events back home.

Today, I work in the Las Vegas catering and events world, supporting celebrations at top venues and casinos throughout the city. That background has shown me what it takes to execute service at a high level—timing, preparation, professionalism, and guest experience. The Mixer is where I get to combine my strengths in planning, hospitality, and guest service to help create an experience people truly remember.

The Mixer Base Package

Price$650

Description

This package includes: 4-hour service up to 80 guests bar rental Please let me know if you request for a no tip jar service — a 20% gratuity will be applied to final cost instead.

Description

This service is if you require only a bartender + bar tools. (4 hour service up to 100 guests) Please let us know what you may need a bartender to bring so we can give you a more accurate quote. Tip jar will be set out for this service. tax added to all bookings.

    Amazing bar service!!!

    Such an amazing new business. We were lucky to have found the mixer through a friend of ours that referred Carmella to us. She was so attentive to our needs and took care of all of our guests with amazing professionalism. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing a mobile bar service. She really made everything so unique to our specific event from customizing glasses to decorating and dressing with our theme. I can not say enough good things and will tell everyone I know to use this service. Thank you so much, god bless!!!

    Fantastic service

    I can think of so many words to say about Carmela and her staff. Not only were they kind and courteous to me and all my guests, but they were also extremely professional and came well equipped to our party bringing a special type of service that I will not forget.

A dry-hire service is when the client brings the alcohol, and The Mixer provides everything else! We help with a recommended alcohol shopping list based on guest count, hours of service, and if you have a custom menu! Most venues require a liquor caterer if you are bringing an outside vendor and unfortunately I’m not a liquor caterer just yet! Therefore, I only provide a dry-hire service.
I take such pride in my work. Not only do I bartend, I plan every detail of your bar service! I’m readily available to my clients (and prospective clients) to the very end. I do my best work under pressure, and I’m eager to bring your vision of your bar experience to life! It’s not ONLY about bartending - that’s the easy part - it’s the decor, the custom menus, the presentation.
