During each session, I'll walk you through our shared planning tracker, covering everything from design vision and vendor details to your day-of timeline and outstanding tasks. Think of it as a structured check-in that keeps everything on track and keeps you stress-free.

What's your experience, and what are your weddings typically like?

I've had the pleasure of planning and coordinating a range of weddings from intimate gatherings to larger celebrations since 2024. I love all love and do not discriminate against gender or background. My couples tend to be detail-oriented, intentional, and excited to create an experience that truly reflects who they are. I'm especially drawn to weddings with a strong sense of personality, whether that's through bold design choices, cultural traditions, or unique venues. Every wedding I take on feels like a collaboration, not just a service.

Are you part of a team, and will you have help on the day of?

You'll work directly with me from our very first call through your wedding day. I believe consistency matters, especially for something this personal. For larger events or day-of execution, I bring in 2-3 trusted assistants as needed so nothing falls through the cracks, but I am always your main point of contact.

I step in so you can be fully present while I handle every detail behind the scenes: timeline, vendors, guests, and decor setup and breakdown. You've done the planning. I'm here to execute it flawlessly. Rehearsal dinner & bridal shower coordination available as add-ons.	You bring the vision and I bring it to life. Starting with your colors and aesthetic, I design cohesive tablescapes, ceremony setups, welcome tables, guest book displays, and more. I'll also help source rental vendors to pull everything together. On the day, I arrive with a team of 3–4 to handle full setup and breakdown. Can be bundled with Day-Of Coordination.
