Hi, I’m Nicole, the owner and lead planner behind Taylor’d Moments! Originally from Lexington, Kentucky, I now call Birmingham, Alabama home after attending Samford University, where I earned degrees in Business Administration & Marketing. Taylor’d Moments grew from my love for organization, creativity, and bringing people together. I believe your wedding should be one of the most joyful celebrations of your life, and I love being behind the scenes bringing the details together.

At Taylor’d Moments, thoughtful planning and genuine relationships go hand in hand. I take the time to truly get to know each couple... their priorities, personalities, vision, and the little details that matter most to them. From organized timelines and clear vendor communication to anticipating the things you shouldn’t have to think about on your wedding day, I approach every celebration with intention and care.     wedding coordinator

    Nicole did an amazing job as wedding coordinator for my daughter's wedding. We had so many moving parts, a large wedding party, many vendors. She handled it all with such professionalism and kept everyone in line. Don't try to do your wedding without a coordinator because it is complete chaos. Nicole is your girl, would recommend her 100%.

    12/10 wedding coordinator!!

    I seriously cannot recommend her enough! She was our wedding planner and did an absolutely amazing job, especially considering this was her very first wedding! She went above and beyond to make sure everything came together and that our day was exactly what we wanted. She put so much time, effort, and love into every detail, and I could tell how much she genuinely cared about making our day special. Having one of my childhood friends be the person helping plan such an important day made it even more special. She knew me, knew my vision, and was there through all the little details and craziness that comes with planning a wedding. For her first wedding, she absolutely killed it! I’m so proud of her and so thankful I got to have her by my side for one of the biggest days of my life. If you’re looking for someone who will truly care about your wedding and go above and beyond, I couldn’t recommend her more!

    Best Coordinator Around!

    Nicole made our wedding day so smooth. She took care of issues before I even knew they were happening. She kept us to schedule and worked with our vendors to get everything set up. I can not recommend Nicole enough! So professional, organized, and kind. Thank you, Nicole!
