Services Prior to Your Event/Wedding Day Enjoy unlimited coordinator access, five in-person planning sessions, and expert guidance through budgeting, vendor selection, contracts, catering, stationery, RSVPs, timelines, and logistics. We manage negotiations, confirmations, rehearsal coordination, seating plans, and detailed schedules—ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed so you can relax and fully enjoy your celebration.

Beginning 4–12 weeks prior, We provide elevated coordination designed for a seamless, stress-free experience. Services include 1 planning consultation, unlimited communication during office hours, vendor confirmation, décor oversight, and a personalized event timeline shared with all vendors and venue. On event day, our team manages vendors, timelines, and guest flow allowing you to be fully present while every detail is flawlessly executed.

If we have prior experience with your chosen venue or vendors, we use that knowledge to enhance coordination. If not, we quickly establish communication to ensure smooth collaboration and successful execution of your event.
Communication is very important to us. We stay connected through scheduled meetings, phone calls, Zoom meetings, and email, depending on your package and stage of planning. We provide clear updates, timelines, and guidance so you always know what to expect and feel supported every step of the way.
Our cancellation and refund policy is outlined in detail within your service agreement. Due to the time, planning, and resources dedicated to each event, retainers and payments are typically non-refundable. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and handle each situation with professionalism and care, following the terms of the signed agreement.
