Services Prior to Your Event/Wedding Day Enjoy unlimited coordinator access, five in-person planning sessions, and expert guidance through budgeting, vendor selection, contracts, catering, stationery, RSVPs, timelines, and logistics. We manage negotiations, confirmations, rehearsal coordination, seating plans, and detailed schedules—ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed so you can relax and fully enjoy your celebration.

Beginning 4–12 weeks prior, We provide elevated coordination designed for a seamless, stress-free experience. Services include 1 planning consultation, unlimited communication during office hours, vendor confirmation, décor oversight, and a personalized event timeline shared with all vendors and venue. On event day, our team manages vendors, timelines, and guest flow allowing you to be fully present while every detail is flawlessly executed.
