    Calm & Organized

    I’ll be honest — I’m a bit of a perfectionist, and I wasn’t sure anyone could meet my expectations when it came to planning my wedding. But Riley absolutely exceeded them. She handled every single detail with so much care and professionalism, even when I changed my mind (more than once!). From the timeline to vendor communication to calming me down when I was stressed, she was everything I needed and more. The day ran seamlessly — I didn’t have to think about a single thing except marrying my husband. Beyond being incredibly organized, Riley brought so much heart to the process. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and wants her couples to feel peace and joy on their day. I can’t imagine going through it without her.

I have planned 10 weddings so far as well as a multitude of over events from birthday parties to baby showers! I love getting creative so I wouldn’t say I have one specialty! If you give me a vision, I will do everything I can to deliver your perfect day! I will say, my niche is making things very personal so I will go the extra mile to add touches that make your special day perfectly you!
Yes! I’d love to help out with every aspect of your wedding day from bachelorette trips, bridal showers, and everything in between! I would also love to help out with other life events whether it be baby showers, birthday parties, or sip and sees!
No! I will only book 1 wedding in any given three day period (so if your wedding is on a Saturday I’m yours Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and that works the same for weddings during the week!) I want to make your big day extra special so you will have my full attention for the days leading up to your wedding as well as the day after to help tie up lose ends on the logistics side while you’re off enjoying your first full day as a married couple!
We can spend as much or as little time together as you want! I do require that we meet in person at least once prior to the event, but other than that we can communicate via video call, phone call, text, and email!
It is just me! I do have an assistant that will come in for bigger events if requested and at an extra charge, but other than that it is just me!
