We are a mother-daughter Northern Colorado based boutique style event planning and design company. In addition to offering full service wedding planning, we specialize in day-of coordination. As wedding planners, our goal is to create joy, cultivate love, & capture memories. We know each love story is unique and we strive to honor yours by emphasizing the importance of every detail, big and small. We LOVED working with Mahoney Moments Jenna ( Avery at the time) were very quick to respond and professional throughout the entire experience. We went with the 60 day coordination option so had a lot of the initial design planned, but they did an amazing job of filling the gaps to think through every piece of logistic and did an OUTSTANDING job of executing our vision. I was highly impressed and so grateful that they were an affordable option while not sacrificing the level of quality I hoped for. If anything issues occurred on the day of, I did not hear about it and their team was able to manage so I could fully enjoy our wedding day. Couldn’t recommend their services enough!

Mahoney Moments was absolutely AMAZING to work with for our NYE wedding! We did their 60-day planning package which included day-of coordination. From the moment we met Jenna & Avery we knew they would be the perfect fit for us. They were so on top of communication, created our timeline, reached out to all our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page, and on the wedding day they took care of everything. I was worry free and we had such a relaxing wedding morning and afternoon thanks to these two. I truly couldn't have asked for a better team on our wedding day, we had the most amazing time! We would highly recommend Mahoney Moments to anyone looking for an incredible wedding planning team!
