Hi, I’m Bailey. Over the past five years in the wedding industry, I’ve had the joy of supporting more than 300 weddings and witnessing countless love stories come to life. Magnolia Moments was created from my passion for helping couples bring their vision to life while making the planning process feel calm, organized, and enjoyable. My goal is simple: to create a wedding day where you feel supported, confident, and free to focus on celebrating your love.

    Could't recommend enough

    Can’t say enough about Bailey and Magnolia moments! Her gracious understanding and genuine interest in our hopes and dreams, as well as her competence, not only in making it all happen, but also having the day itself go so beautifully and smoothly made our special day everything we hoped it woild be! From the minor delicate details of our place settings, wedding font and lighting to all the big details like gathering family members for photos and making sure that each element of the day was on time and went smoothly; Bailey made sure we got to relax and just enjoy our day to the fullest. So very, very thankful!

A day-of coordinator ensures everything runs smoothly on your wedding day. I manage the timeline, communicate with vendors, coordinate the ceremony, and handle any unexpected issues so you and your family can relax and fully enjoy the celebration.
For day-of coordination, I typically step in about 4–6 weeks before your wedding. During that time we review your plans, finalize your timeline, and confirm details with your vendors so everything is organized for the big day.

Yes! Magnolia Moments is based in Arizona, but I’m happy to travel depending on location. Travel fees may apply for weddings outside the local area.
Most couples book 6–12 months before their wedding, especially for popular wedding seasons. The earlier you book, the better chance I have of being available for your date.
Yes! Rehearsal coordination can be included or added to your package. This helps ensure everyone knows where to stand and what to expect before the wedding day.
