Hi there! We are a team of DREAMERS who love bringing dreams to life! Our team consists of ladies who are creative, punctual, and ready to hear about your day. Whether you are in the beginning of planning or fastly approaching wedding day, we are always ready to jump in to learn more about your day and how we can be of service to you. Our goal is to bring your vision to life in a seamless way. We want each day to be the best day and ensure that our couples are able to relax and take in every moment of their day!
One word to describe what we do is PERSONAL. We know that your personality and style may be different than ours. Which is why relationships matter to us and we want to spend time getting to know our couples to ensure that we are doing everything we can to make things comfortable. Each wedding is unique and we are here to bring your personality into your day, as well as bringing your ideas to life! Our team of professionals are always available to share ideas and recommendations that fit your style and budget.

The best coordinator ever!
Taylor made our wedding weekend an absolute DREAM! She went above and beyond to ensure that our big day went as planned and put out every little fire along the way so we could focus on our day together. She not only managed all vendors but ensured even the smallest of details were perfect. I was nervous the entire morning until Taylor arrived and took care of everything without me even asking. She also captured great content of the wedding that our guests and friends would never have been able to get! We received so many compliments from our guests about how amazing Taylor was throughout the weekend. If you want a coordinator that takes care of everything, puts the couple first, and executes your wedding weekend *perfectly,* we cannot recommend Let’s Par-Tay enough

Do yourself a favor and book with Taylor team for your wedding. Our wedding day was so peaceful and enjoyable because Taylor had every single detail under control behind the scenes. The timeline she created was executed effortlessly with time built in for running late and prioritizing relaxation & time with your partner. I feel like i truly got to experience every second of the day because i was not concerned with any of the details, i knew it was handled. Taylor has an eye for design that allowed me to feel comfortable handing over the reins. I cannot say enough about how fantastic Let’s Par-Tay was, i literally could not imagine going with anyone else. She prioritized us at every instance and was so reachable at all times making planning a breeze, she even coordinated with our vendors to reduce need for asking us questions! Truly phenomenal work.

Working with Taylor at Let's Par-Tay LLC made our wedding planning stress-free from start to finish. We met with her in person several times and stayed in constant contact through texts and calls, which made the whole process feel collaborative and smooth. Taylor really listened to what we wanted and nailed the decorating—everything looked exactly how we'd imagined it. When issues popped up, she handled them quietly behind the scenes so we never had to worry or stress about a thing. Our rehearsal and wedding day ran seamlessly, and we're pretty sure Taylor's thoughtful planning is the reason why. We can't recommend her enough to couples looking for a planner who truly cares about making their day special.

Let's Par-Tay LLC was the BEST choice for our wedding. The team communicated with us quickly and gave us clear answers to every question, which made me feel at ease with the wedding anxiety. They caught details we would have totally missed—from the little decorative touches to the flow of the day—and executed everything beautifully without breaking our budget. The staff was so easygoing and sweet throughout the entire process, and they went above and beyond to make sure our day was special. They even made a TIKTOK for me which was super cute !
