What packages do you offer?

We offer day of (which starts 2 months prior), partial planning (6 months), and full planning. What makes our approach unique is that we don’t simply plan weddings — we produce them. From concept and creative direction to styling, custom drapery, tablescapes, decor, catering, wedding cake, and overall guest experience, our team thoughtfully curates every layer of the celebration in-house.

Can you recommend vendors to us?

Of course — we provide all of our clients with a trusted vendor list featuring professionals we’ve worked closely with for years. At the same time, our approach goes far beyond simply recommending vendors. We personally curate and oversee the entire process, and many design and production elements are created with our direct hands-on involvement to ensure the wedding feels cohesive, intentional, and beautifully produced under one vision.

How do we save the date with you?

Once we confirm your date is available and we’ve had our initial consultation, reserving your date is simple — a signed contract and retainer officially secure your wedding with us.

Our preferred method of communication with clients is emails and phone calls. Mostly email because we can always keep track of our work.

Can you help us stay on budget?

Absolutely. During our initial consultation, we discuss your priorities, overall vision, and create a realistic budget breakdown for each part of the celebration. Because our team is involved not only in planning, but also in the creative production and design process itself, we’re often able to offer flexible approaches tailored to each couple.

How many other people come with you on the day of the wedding?

It depends on your guest count. We average two team members per 50 guests.

Do we limit communication with our clients?

Absolutely not. We believe thoughtful and open communication is one of the most important parts of the planning experience. We truly love building close relationships with our couples and guiding them through every step of the process with care, warmth, and support. 🤍

Our biggest requirement is open communication and a genuine connection with our creative approach. We are especially drawn to couples who love intimate, European-inspired celebrations that feel emotional, atmospheric, and deeply personal rather than traditional or expected.

Do you recommend we have assigned seating?

In most cases, no. Definitely assign a table to your guests, but let them sit where they want on that table. We love when guests feel relaxed and naturally connected, allowing the celebration to feel more effortless, intimate, and beautifully lived-in.

Do you also plan and design wedding-related celebrations?

Absolutely — we also plan and design bridal showers, engagement parties, bachelorette celebrations, elopements, family dinners, and custom marriage proposal experiences, all curated with our signature aesthetic and thoughtful approach.
