Hi, I’m Anna, the founder and heart behind Good Girl Vegan Soul. I’ve been in the kitchen helping the women in my family for as long as I can remember, but what started as a cherished hobby turned into something much bigger eight years ago. Today, Good Girl Vegan Soul is Boutique Dessert Studio specializing in artistic desserts and custom dessert experiences for weddings, birthdays, intimate gatherings, and luxury events.

From elegant wedding cakes and personalized dessert concepts to immersive dessert table styling and signature presentations, every creation is thoughtfully designed to feel both visually unforgettable and deeply personal. Truly unique
We’ve been working with Anna from Good Girls Vegan Soul for years and have created so many different events together - from intimate celebrations to weddings and creative brand projects. Anna is not only an incredibly talented vegan chef, but a true creator. She’s constantly learning, experimenting with new techniques and bringing her own ideas to the table. Very often, she’s the one who suggests the concept or an unexpected presentation - and our clients always love it. She has a very special way of turning desserts into part of the event itself. Beautiful, creative, always evolving - and, most importantly, absolutely delicious.

Best tiramisu ever
We ordered a tiramisu from Anna at Good Girls Vegan Soul for our wedding, and it was absolutely incredible! Every single guest loved it - we literally finished it down to the very last spoonful! What makes Anna’s desserts so special is that they’re not only delicious, they’re genuinely beautiful. Everything she creates feels like a little piece of art. She has trained with French pastry chef Cédric Grolet, and you can really see that level of technique and attention to detail in her work. She does things I honestly haven’t seen anywhere else in Miami - or even in the US. The tiramisu itself was so fresh, light, and perfectly balanced, and the presentation in a gorgeous vintage punch bowl made it even more special. It became such a beautiful part of our wedding. We will absolutely order from Anna again and would also highly recommend Good Girls Vegan Soul and Good Girls Event for anyone looking for something unique, beautiful, and truly memorable for their celebration.
