KATS Cake Studio is a bake-to-order dessert shop specializing in high-end wedding cakes, celebration cakes, and dessert tables. Every dessert is crafted with quality ingredients and close attention to detail — our mission is to make beautiful cakes that taste even better. KATS is owned and operated by Katrina Miyares. She began her career at Miami staples like Faena and Ariete before honing her skills as a pastry chef and cake decorator at ECBG Cake Studio, one of Chicago's top luxury cake shops. Katrina brought her talents back to Miami in January 2025, and KATS Cake Studio was born.

What sets KATS apart is the care that goes into every single order. Katrina is the sole baker, meaning every product is made by the same hands, to the same high standard, every time. Quality, consistency, and freshness are never an afterthought — and neither is the wow factor. From the design to the very last bite, the goal is always to leave a lasting impression.

Truly Wonderful Experience
From our very first conversation with Kat, we knew we had found the right person for our wedding cake. She was incredibly responsive, so easy to work with, and immediately made the whole process feel stress-free. We had a pretty clear vision for what we wanted, and Kat was flexible and thoughtful in bringing it to life exactly how we imagined. She provided cake samples so we could pick our favorite flavors and worked with our wedding planner as well. On the wedding day, the cake was everything I had envisioned. It was beautiful and such a special centerpiece. Guests were going back for second and third slices, and so many people told us it was the best wedding cake they’d ever had. Kat was truly amazing to work with, and we already know we’ll be calling her again for future celebrations.

Tastiest Cakes!!
Our wedding cake was absolutely fantastic. Kat made the entire process so easy, from helping us choose the perfect flavors to finalizing every detail. The cake was not only beautiful but incredibly delicious, and our guests are still talking about it. Kat truly brought our vision to life and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!
