Meeting with potential couples for a face-to-face coffee date is my jam, as I think personality is very important. Being a pretty laid-back person in general, keeping my couples calm is one of my biggest goals. Our motto is if something goes wrong on your wedding day, it does no one any good to panic or freak out. We come up with a solution and make it happen, oftentimes without you even knowing it happened.

With a keen eye for detail and a people-pleasing personality, we celebrate our couples while honoring their wishes. We hope to become an extension of your family without you having the guilt that you would with your actual family. No need to ask your aunt to help you change your shoes, we will gladly do that while making jokes in the process.

    It's hard to put into words how much Ginna Matson Events helped my wife and I in preparing for our big day, but I will try! When friends have gotten engaged after us, we've always been asked for advice in planning and the first thing that immediately comes to mind for us is hire a wedding coordinator! It's one thing to pick out all of the details and things you want on your big day, but it's another thing entirely for it to all come together efficiently and smoothly. Working with Ginna gave us the latter and then some! She met with us multiple times to confirm details as we got closer to the big day, and was willing to hop on a quick call if needed. I think it's really important to be able to focus on your person and what you're celebrating on your big day instead of whether or not a vendor has shown up, brought what you paid for, etc. That peace of mind is priceless, and with Ginna and her team we didn't have to worry about a thing. We felt so taken care of from moment one and we would recommend Ginna Matson Events to anyone!

    Ginna was amazing. She communicated with us well, gave us so many tips and advice, was always so patient, down to earth, and made our big day perfect. She worked hard decorating everything, and helped with the take down when no one else would. She also helped bustle my dress that took 3 people and 40 minutes of sweat later. Thanks Ginna for everything!
