Hi, I’m Hannah, co-owner and lead planner of Ginger Bloom Collection. I’ve always been the one with the plan and the snacks, making sure everything runs smoothly so everyone can enjoy the day. Ginger Bloom Collection is based on Oʻahu and happy to travel. We help couples create celebrations that feel joyful, relaxed, and stress-free. Whether it’s a beach wedding or an intimate elopement, we’re here to handle the details with care and professionalism so you can focus on making memories.

Cat is the behind-the-scenes detail queen, making sure nothing is missed, while Hannah is the couple’s right-hand gal, right there in front making sure the big-picture moments happen with calm confidence.     Would recommend in a heartbeat! Stellar planner!!

    Working with Ginger Bloom Collection was a game-changer for our wedding day. Hannah was everything I was searching for with planner for day-of coordination. She was responsive and organized from start to finish, keeping us on track with every detail leading up to the big day. I got the day-of/month-of planning package so we had a Zoom meeting, consistent emails, and access to a shared Google file to stay on top of the planning. The day before the wedding, we were able to meet before the rehearsal to provide the decor and party favors to which brought a big relief to not have to worry over for the setup. Hannah's calming presence helped center me from the rehearsal to the day of the wedding. On the wedding day itself, Hannah and her assistant handled the behind-the-scenes work at Cafe Julia with such grace that we barely noticed everything happening around us. Her setup and breakdown help allowed us to be more present for the wedding and was on-point thanks to the prep work which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Because Hannah took care of the details, my husband and I actually got to be present with our guests instead of worrying about logistics. I'm so grateful we found her—she brought our vision to life and gave us the peace of mind we needed to truly enjoy our wedding.

    Ginger Bloom Review

    Ginger Bloom Collection was everything I didn’t know I needed for our North Shore wedding. From the very beginning, Hannah and Cat were so easy to talk to and genuinely excited about our day. I was planning from the mainland and had no idea how much behind-the-scenes work goes into making a wedding run smoothly. Thankfully, they did. They were calm, organized, and always one step ahead. Every time I had a question, they already had it covered. They helped with timeline planning, vendor communication, layout ideas, and a bunch of details I never would have thought of on my own. On the wedding day, I didn’t check the time once. Hannah popped in with the perfect balance of support and space, and Cat made sure everything behind the scenes was taken care of. I didn’t have to worry about a thing, and everything flowed exactly how we hoped. If you’re getting married on Oʻahu, reach out to them. Our day was beautiful, stress-free, and full of love thanks to their support.

    They did it all

    The Ginger Bloom team was such a steady presence throughout our planning process and on the day of the wedding. They were organized, responsive, and genuinely helpful without ever being overbearing. Everything flowed the way it was supposed to, and I never once had to stress about what was happening behind the scenes. While we’re based on Oʻahu, we’re happy to travel to neighbor islands or other destinations for an additional fee. We’d love to hear more about your location and see how we can help!
