Excellent day of wedding support!!

Halley and Elizabeth were wonderful day of coordinators for our wedding. As a queer couple, we felt immediately at ease bonding with Halley over Xena and talking through nontraditional wedding preferences. As our day of coordinator, the hand-off of our vendors and schedule to Halley was very seamless, and we felt taken care of and knew we were in good hands right away. Our wedding was slightly complicated by an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception that required shuttling guests to and fro, and Halley and Elizabeth helped make sure it all went smoothly. They were also so game to stay flexible as the weather was very unsettled that day, but with their help, we were able to have the wedding of our dreams. Couldn't recommend Baldwin and Rose enough!

If you want a wedding day that feels effortless, hire Halley. Halley was absolutely amazing. Her personality is exactly what you want in a wedding planner and day-of coordinator: approachable, friendly, confident, and incredibly professional. We had a large wedding with 180 guests, and everything flowed and moved seamlessly. Halley knew exactly how to support us throughout the planning process and handled every last-minute detail with ease. On the wedding day, she truly crushed it. She even helped clean the brides dress before the ceremony when it got dirty during pictures! She was there for everything we needed, filled in gaps we did not even realize existed, and asked all the right questions about details we had not thought of ourselves. Because Halley was handling the details behind the scenes, we were able to be fully present and enjoy our wedding rather than worrying about logistics. She kept the day on schedule and made a 180-person wedding feel effortless. Halley is the ultimate professional, with the best personality you could ask for in this role. We could not recommend her more highly.

Halley was a life saver. As a Bride who felt incredibly overwhelmed by the wedding industry, Halley eased my concerns and helped me navigate the endless decisions that planning a wedding involves. She recommended amazing vendors (DJ and Photographer) who we and our guests adored. She kept me on track and helped me remember the little logistics you sometimes don't think of in planning a large event. On the day of the wedding, she calmly handled strong personalities and the teeny bits of havoc that throwing together an outdoor tent wedding inevitably involves. I highly recommend Halley if you are looking for a down to earth, legit good human being to work with.

Halley is a fantastic day-of-coordinator. We planned a completely DIY wedding and had no clue how the day was going to come together. Halley stepped in and choreographed the entire day flawlessly. We went to get ready and came back to the tent looking exactly how we had pictured. She kept the timeline running smoothly but not in an overbearing way. If anything went wrong during our wedding, we have no idea because Halley took care of it. Beyond her organizing skills, Halley is also a fantastic person. She is funny, joyful, and supportive. She was a wonderful person to have around on our day, and we couldn't be more thankful that we hired her.
