Vicki Amar, owner of Amarvelous Event, is an award-winning wedding and event planner and blogger and is a Certified Wedding and Event Planner by the Certified Wedding Planner Society, the world’s leading wedding planner certification program. Vicki has 13 years of professional event planning experience and an expert understanding of the events industry, having worked on a diverse portfolio including weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and large-scale events.     Gold Star Wedding Planner

    Working with Amarvelous Event was the best decision we made for our wedding. From day one, the owner was incredibly organized and responded to every question promptly, which made the planning process feel manageable even while I was juggling a full-time job. She handled all the vendor communication and contract reviews, so I only had to focus on the big decisions about how I wanted my day to look. What really set her apart was her design eye—every detail came together beautifully, and her collection of decorations saved me from spending a fortune on rentals.     Vicki Amar Made Our Day

    Vicki literally gave us the day of our dreams.     BEST Wedding Planner!!!

    We had our wedding back in June, and I am still in absolute awe of Vicki at Amarvelous Event. I met Vicki almost exactly a year ago at the Fort Lauderdale Bridal Expo, and from our very first conversation, I knew she was the only person I could trust to bring our wedding to life. We hired Vicki as our month-of coordinator, but she was even there for us MONTHS in advance, consistently checking in, guiding us, and answering every question with patience and expertise in a timely manner. She made sure we were always on the right track and gave us so much peace of mind throughout the planning process. But where Vicki truly shined was on our wedding day. The night before, we had a sudden family health scare, and without missing a beat, Vicki stepped up and made it a priority to ensure they were comfortable the entire day. She communicated with all of our vendors to ensure not only that my husband and I were cared for, but that our family’s needs were fully supported throughout the day. Amidst all the moving parts and unexpected moments, Vicki was the calm. She brought a sweet, steady, supportive energy that made her feel like a best friend by my side. Owner, Vicki Amar, only takes on 1 wedding a day allowing your event to be the sole focus. You will always have Vicki Amar as your lead planner and most all packages come with a day of assistant so we can divide and conquer anything that may arise on wedding day.
Yes! We specialize in weddings but love to work on all life events. Whether it’s an engagement party, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, morning-after brunch, bachelor/bachelorette party, proposal, anniversary party, birthday party, baby shower, dinner party, holiday party, gala, fundraiser, or conference, we’ve got you covered! Let us worry about the details while you enjoy your event with your guests.
Nope! Your wedding is our top priority! We're proud to say that you'll never be passed on to someone else during your planning process. As an Amarvelous Couple, you will receive planning and execution from Vicki and we will never double book your day.
Wedding day can easily be a 10+ hour day, I'll lead your rehearsal the day before, and depending on the package, you'll receive hours of meetings and site visits both virtual and in person. Plus, don't forget all the behind the scenes work I'll be doing in between meetings to take the burden off of your plate. Remember, planning a wedding is a full time job!
