Weddings By Jonathan

Hello! My name is Jonathan, I’ve been shooting weddings since 2000, I originally started using film eventually upgrading to medium format and finally digital. In the 600 plus weddings that I have photographed over the years I have done, Christian, Jewish, Atheist, Hindu, Muslim, and Same-Sex. Photography is not only my hobby, it is my passion and my career. In my full-time job, I’m a photographer for an Advertisement Agency. I also teach classes on Digital Cameras at a local photo lab. On weekends, vacations whenever I get a free moment I’m either out taking photos or I’m retouching them in photoshop.

As a photographer, I want to learn the couple's story, how they met, fell in love, and decided to spend the rest of their lives together. Photographing weddings, I like to try and tell a story through images, starting with the bride getting ready, the groom seeing her for the first time, to the final kiss of the night. I’m very open to what images the bride wants, I come from the belief that everything has been photographed before, and I will do my best to recreate what that bride wants.
