Hi! I'm Kalina, let me tell you a little about me: I am a full time photographer going on seven years. My husband and I have been married for 30 years and we are Charlotteans for the last 22 years. Seven years ago I turned my very serious photography hobby into a full time professional photographer.

Let's be honest the options for photographers is overwhelming. However, when you choose me to capture your wedding day, you are choosing me personally not a company. I do have a second shooter and videographer that works with my bright and colorful style. My personality is easy going, super detailed oriented and professional. This package is for couples who wants a complimentary engagement session at their wedding venue or one location of their choice. Also this package is great for any couples who want me to document their whole day from getting ready. Have two photographers for the whole day and capture different angles, and bride and groom dedicated photographers. If you are planning a great exit and want to capture it then this package is for you!

The Classical

This package can include two photographer specially adding 2 hours for bride and groom getting ready, & ceremony to add different angles during your I dos. This package includes a complimentary engagement for your invitations :) This package is great for a couple that is planning a wedding day with 75-150 guests and a rather small wedding party to have time to capture all of the photos for the day.

The Basics

Description

This package is great for a couple who is having a smaller wedding and includes me as your only photographer. This package is for you if you want to capture more of what's happening but not much details, this package is more for ceremony, bridal photos with family members, reception, cutting the cake and a bit of the dancing. If you want getting ready photos, and more details like your dress, your wedding rings and things like then move on to the next package.

    Amazing

    Great Photography!

    We hired Wedding Photos by Kalina for our wedding event and were impressed from the start.     Kalina is the best!

Typically, couples book me about 13 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
Sometimes, I’ll bring one or more assistant photographers depending on the size of your wedding. Don’t worry, this won’t cost you extra.
Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful.
I work with many expert videographers and I can connect you with my favorite videographer and you can discuss their services directly with them once you have chosen me as your photographer, I will give you a list of my favorite vendors I have had the outmost experience working with.
My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 3-4 weeks after your wedding. You can also expect to receive a USB drive with high-resolution image files, so you can share the photos with your loved ones and order prints.
You can expect about 80 to 100 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.
In my 12 years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.
