Yes we do. We will assist with planning from start to finish or just a la carte.
No, to make sure we give our full attention to our couples, at this time we only take 1 wedding per weekend as many of them have other events during the weekend that also needs our attention.
I will have an assistant with me on site for wedding days.
We offer wedding management (month-of), partial planning, and full-service planning. Whether you want someone to take over and run the whole show or you just need a pro to tighten the plan and execute it flawlessly, we’ll match the support to what you actually need.
Month-of (wedding management) is for couples who planned most of it but want an expert to step in, confirm vendors, build the real timeline, and run the wedding day so you can actually enjoy it. Planning includes deeper support earlier, like vendor sourcing, design guidance, budget strategy, and decision-making help.
Earlier is always better, especially for peak season dates. Full/partial planning typically books first, but wedding management spots can fill quickly too because they’re limited (we don’t stack weddings on the same weekend).
Yes. We’re venue-flexible and work across Virginia and beyond. If your venue has a “coordinator,” we’ll still clarify who handles what so nothing falls through the cracks.
Yes. We’re based in Virginia and travel frequently. Travel fees may apply depending on location and scope.
