    A Great Experience From Day One

    We only booked photography, but from the first phone call we felt like we were in good hands. Our photographer gave us just enough direction without making anything feel staged, which was important because my husband and I are both pretty awkward in front of a camera. The ceremony started later than planned, so we had less time before sunset than we expected. They adjusted on the fly and never made us feel rushed or stressed. Family photos were quick, and somehow they still managed to get all the combinations we wanted. When our gallery arrived, there were so many little moments we had completely missed during the day. My mom even called me after looking through it because she got emotional seeing photos of family together that she didn't know had been taken. If you’re looking for someone who is easy to work with and keeps the day moving without taking it over, I’d definitely recommend them to anyone.

    Made our wedding day feel so easy

    We booked The Archive House for both photography and videography, and looking back it was one of the easiest decisions we made during wedding planning. I was honestly a little nervous because neither of us loves being in front of a camera. During our engagement session they made everything feel so relaxed that by the wedding day we already knew what to expect. It never felt overly posed or awkward, which was a huge relief. Our timeline ended up running behind after hair and makeup took longer than expected, and I remember thinking we were going to lose all of our portrait time. Stephen stayed calm, adjusted a few things with our coordinator, and somehow we still got the photos we really wanted without feeling rushed. That alone took so much stress off my shoulders. Family photos were another thing I was worried about because we both have big families, but they kept everyone organized, moved things along quickly, and were so patient with our grandparents and younger cousins. One of my favorite memories is right before the ceremony when my veil kept blowing around because it was so windy. Instead of making it feel like a problem, they laughed with us, helped fix everything, and actually used the wind to create some of my favorite portraits from the day. When we received everything back, it felt like we were reliving the day instead of just looking through pictures. The film brought back moments we had already forgotten, and there were so many little interactions with family that we never even realized had been captured. If you're looking for someone who is organized, calm under pressure, and genuinely cares about making the day easier, I would absolutely recommend The Archive House. They made us feel comfortable from start to finish, and that made a bigger difference than we expected.

Our standard delivery timeline is up to 12 weeks, though many galleries are completed sooner depending on the season. Every photograph is carefully edited to ensure your final gallery meets the highest standards. We also offer an optional 14-Day Express Photography Delivery for couples who would like their images sooner.
Every wedding is unique, so the final number depends on your coverage, timeline, and events throughout the day. Rather than limiting your gallery to a set number, we deliver all of the best fully edited images that tell the complete story of your wedding—typically several hundred photographs for a full-day celebration.
Yes. We carry business liability insurance and can provide proof of insurance to your venue if required. If your venue requests specific documentation before your wedding day, just let us know and we'll be happy to coordinate everything in advance.
While it's extremely rare, we always have a contingency plan. In the event of an emergency, we'll work to secure a trusted professional from our network who matches our standards and style whenever possible. We also photograph with professional backup equipment and multiple memory cards throughout the day to help protect your memories from unexpected technical issues.
