I believe wedding photography should feel as natural as your relationship. With nearly 15 years behind the camera, I help couples feel at ease while capturing timeless, artful images filled with personality.

I believe photography is secondary to you getting to be fully present on your wedding day. As such, even though I am friendly, helpful, and relaxed, I am not loud and boisterous. And, I breeze through photography to get you back to your celebration. Additionally, I help with your timeline and provide exceptional service, happy to share tips and insights. I also shoot a couple rolls of film on your wedding day (in addition to digital).

    There are no words to describe how ecstatic we are with Susannah... but I'll try to keep it to shorter than a dissertation When we first met her we knew she was the photographer we wanted for our wedding day. She had a plan and a vision for our engagement photos within the first 15 minutes of talking with her. During our engagement session she eased our nerves and managed to get amazing shots and made the experience incredibly fun. Other than us, she was the other person having the MOST fun. She would get on the floor, dirt and muck to grab the shot. She was incredibly flexible in the middle of the weird pandemic-y season. On our wedding day, she got every shot we wanted and even the ones we didn't know we would want. I cannot recommend her enough. If we ever have an expanding family we will keep contacting her for all of our photography needs. She is one of the vendors that we would love to interact with as friends and spend time with discussing fun things. Update: We've kept in contact with Susannah for years after our wedding and she's photographed every important stage of our life. She did our maternity photos and managed to make me look ethereal instead of like someone who'd been at the hospital less than 24 hours before the shoot. She's also responsible for our newborn photos and the inherent relaxed nature and familiarity of being at home with our adorable angry red bean of hatred.

    Susannah is such an incredible photographer and we recommend her to everyone! We met her 12 years ago on our search to find a wedding photographer. We loved her style and way of capturing the special moments and details along with all of the obvious moments. Our wedding photos are some of our most cherished and she far exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and the moments she captured. We have continued to use her for all of our family milestones (babies, maternity etc) and annual family photos. We love that our family has formed a bond with her and her our family. That helps everyone be more comfortable during photo shoots and for the kids’ personalities to shine through. Susannah is so easy going and makes everyone around her comfortable! She also has creative ways to engage kids during the photo shoots. We are so happy to know her and work with her and can’t recommend her enough.
