About this venue
From quality coffee and handcrafted cocktails to our duck pond and the peaceful flow of the Big Thompson River, everything we do is rooted in one simple belief: people deserve a space that helps them slow down, connect, and celebrate the moments that matter. Our story began in 2007 with Coffee on the Rocks. We wanted to build a cozy spot where locals and visitors could enjoy a warm drink, watch the wildlife wander by, and take in the beauty of Estes Park. Coffee on the Rocks became a gathering place and a reminder of how special it is to enjoy the mountains with loved ones. People kept asking if they could host events here to celebrate life’s biggest moments. In 2022, we made it happen. Venue on the Rocks was born to celebrate with warmth, ease, and natural beauty that turns celebrations into unforgettable memories. No matter what you’re celebrating with us, we look forward to helping you feel calm, cared for, and completely ready to enjoy your day.

Best Venue EVER!
Venue on the Rocks was not only the most affordable and accommodating venue we toured, but every single guest complimented how beautiful our venue was! We had the most beautiful perfect wedding here in June where the days are about 75 or less and the nights are spent around their fire pits and on the dance floor :) Lydia was incredible to work with as were the owners. Lydia helped us throughout wedding planning and was on site to help day of. We had a food truck that was set up easily and the DJ was also easily accommodated. Our wedding was about 65 people and we easily could’ve fit more in the venue, but it wasn’t so big that it felt like 65 was too little. We had both our ceremony and reception at VOTR. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue! LGBTQ friendly as well :)
