We are based in Philadelphia, but travel the world in pursuit of beautiful light and the perfect wedding moment. You may have noticed our portfolios feature more than just formal stylized couple’s portraits in front of some epic background. That’s by design. Sure, we love to take a beautiful portrait, but there is so much more to a wedding day than that. We love candid moments of real emotion. Our goal is to truly capture the inner beauty of your relationship, your family, and your event.     They Capture Poetry in Motion

    Studio Nine is one of our favorite Photography & Cinematography studio's to collaborate with for our couples big days! As a wedding planner, we work with countless studios but hands down there aren't any that flawlessly execute as Studio Nine. Their entire team is absolutely amazing, friendly and super personable. The quality and thought they put into the whole journey (from engagement to wedding) really shows their dedication to their couples. Typically, couples book us starting around 12 months before their wedding date but sometimes 9 months is not uncommon. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
Sometimes, I’ll bring one or more assistant photographers depending on the size of your wedding. Don’t worry, this won’t cost you extra.
You can expect between 50-100 images per hour of coverage. All final images will be edited by your main photographer for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful.
We promise a 2 week turn around on a sneak peek of about a dozen of the best images. The rest of your gallery will be online within 8 weeks, and videos are normally ready within 4 months of the wedding.
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.
We allow any couple to reschedule their date. You have two options: pay your remaining balance on schedule - 30 days before your original date - or only pay 30% of your remaining balance on time, and the remainder 30 days before your new event. Paying the full amount guarantees your photographer for the future date, while paying only the 30% retainer secures you a staff photographer, at minimum.
