Hi! My name is Shannon and I'm so excited to be chatting with you. When people ask me how long I've been doing photography for, that is a hard question to answer. When I got my first iPhone as a teenager, I was immediately taking photos. I was taking photos of everything! I just wanted to document my life with my family and friends. In high school, I saved and bought my first camera, and I haven't put it down yet. Photography itself has just been a passion of mine, but my bigger passion was serving people.

I went to college and got a degree so that I could serve people. When I left college, I realized that I could combine my two passions into one. That is why I LOVE photographing Elopements and Weddings so much. I love serving people on their special day so that they can focus on their wedding day all while trusting I will capture their memories for them. My favorite part to a wedding day or elopement day is becoming a friend to my bride and groom and then capturing my friend's special moments. All my clients are special to me and I can't wait to see how many more friends I make this year <3

Ideally the best time to book your photographer is 6-9 months before the wedding but in my opinion, it never hurts to see if I am free! :)
This is a great question! My mission is to give you beautiful and gorgeous physical memories from your special day. This means I take my time on your edits. My weddings take 2-3 months to edit. Since I know you are excited to see your wedding photos I do have a few sneak peeks! The first one is 24 hours after your wedding you will get a 1-5 photo sneak peek! Then once the 2 month mark hits, if the photos are still in editing I will gather a bundle of photos that are complete and send you another sneak peek. I want to make sure your photos are beautiful and will last a lifetime.
I do! If your venue requires proof of insurance, please don't hesitate to ask!
Yes! I take a lot of pride in the editing of your wedding photos. I want to make sure you get the best wedding photos as memories of your special day. Every photo that comes out good on your day will be delivered. My goal is to send you your memories. This means that if a photo isn't visually perfect, but it is a perfect memory then it will be edited and delivered. <3
Yes! I have a list of second shooters that work with me. If you selected a second shooter in your custom package, I will be getting one of my trusted second shooters to join me on your special day
In my 6 years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted second shooter/assistant.
No, I prefer focusing on photography only, so you can get the best wedding pictures possible.
